"Topics in the lunchroom have changed" That's because much of the DPI crew has overhauled their exercise and nutrition habits with the program. In fact, this workplace has lost 670 pounds in just a year's time. "Some employees have actually gone off medication." Like Rich Boyk who was struggling with high blood pressure and cholesterol, and close to developing diabetes, now he's medication free, no longer borderline diabetic and feels 10 years younger. "If people are physically fit we feel they'll be able to perform their job better and you know healthy employees are happy employees both at home and at work." DPI is now committed to offering accountability based programs throughout the year because they know they are the most successful.
